Common Issues & Troubleshooting

Twitter Authorization Failed

Problem: Error message when trying to connect Twitter account.

Solution:

  • Ensure you're logged into the correct Twitter account
  • Check that third-party app access is enabled in Twitter settings
  • Clear browser cache and cookies, then try again
  • Try using a different browser or incognito mode

Analysis Taking Longer Than Expected

Problem: Your analysis has been processing for longer than expected.

Solution:

  • Check your account dashboard for status updates
  • Large accounts (50,000+ tweets) may take longer
  • You'll receive an email when analysis is complete
  • Contact support if processing takes longer than expected

Cannot Access My Report

Problem: Report page shows an error or won't load.

Solution:

  • Verify you're logged into your Repazoo account
  • Check that analysis has completed (you'll receive an email)
  • Try accessing from the dashboard instead of direct link
  • Contact support to resend report access link

Payment Issues

Problem: Payment declined or not processing.

Solution:

  • Verify your card details are correct
  • Ensure your card supports international transactions
  • Check that you have sufficient funds available
  • Try a different payment method (PayPal, different card)
  • Contact your bank if declined multiple times

Report Shows Incorrect Information

Problem: Report contains tweets that aren't yours or missing content.

Solution:

  • Verify you authorized the correct Twitter account
  • Check if you have multiple Twitter accounts
  • Protected or deleted tweets may not appear
  • Request a re-analysis if data appears incomplete

Cannot Revoke Twitter Access

Problem: Unable to disconnect Repazoo from Twitter account.

Solution:

  • Go to Twitter Settings > Security > Apps and sessions
  • Find "Repazoo" and click "Revoke access"
  • Access is automatically revoked after 30 days
  • Contact support if you need immediate revocation assistance
