Role-specific evaluation. Engineers: coding + system design. Designers: portfolio review + design challenge. PM: case study.

Team Interviews (2-3 hours)

Meet potential teammates across 3-4 interviews covering different aspects: technical depth, collaboration, values, and culture fit.

Executive Interview (30 min)

Final conversation with a company leader about vision, values, and long-term goals. Two-way discussion about mutual fit.

Offer & Decision

If it's a match, we'll extend an offer within 2 business days. Take time to review, ask questions, and make the right decision for you.
